Intelligence is only as valuable as it is governable.
For more than seven years I have worked across IT service management, SAP financial systems, data analytics and enterprise transformation. My work turns fragmented operational data, process signals and delivery evidence into governed analytics, executive visibility and decisions leaders can defend.
I have led Agile delivery for SAP Core Financials and Fiori, coordinated more than 100 integrations, and contributed to initiatives tied to a 40% cost reduction. Today I design governance analytics frameworks for ITSM and change portfolios, replacing manual, spreadsheet-bound reporting with structured, near-real-time evidence.
Canessa System Labs is where I take that discipline further: AI agents, skill systems and native apps built with traceability, readiness gates and human approval by design. I lead with structure and build in the open with process owners, engineers and decision-makers, because governance only works when the people it serves trust it.
Outside of systems, I write and illustrate. Poetry and illustrated stories train the same muscles as governance work: close attention, clear structure and respect for the reader. Two of those books live as immersive web editions.
